How to Apply or Nominate Someone for an Award

The 2020 TEMI Awards will be awarded based on the written submission provided.  

All submission should address the selection criteria and meet the eligibility requirements.

Nomination and Submission Process

  • Click here to provide us with your best contact details
  • Tell us who you are nominating and for which award
  • Provide your nominee's contact details
  • Press Submit!

That's it! - No paperwork, no lengthy written applications!

What Happens Next?

  • You will receive a confirmation of your application from the TEMI Awards Nomination Taskforce
  • The TEMI Awards Taskforce will email you 4 questions specific to the Award you have applied for. 
  • These questions will cover the selection criteria our International Judging Panel will be assessing. Each Selection Criteria is worth 25 points.
  • The TEMI Awards Taskforce will contact you to schedule a time for you to participate in an interview via Zoom Meetings or Microsoft Teams.
  • During this meeting you will have the opportunity to discuss your achievements over the past 12 months, answering the 4 key questions. 
  • The interview should take no more than 20 minutes and will be forwarded to the International Judging Panel.



Confidentiality 

The Employee Mobility Institute confirms that all information supplied as part of a TEMI Award Entry will not be shared with third parties other than the Judges who will review the information as part of the judging process.

Descriptions of submissions from winners and finalists will be published in connection with the Awards. Entrants may mark sensitive parts of their entry ‘not for publication’ (such as exact budget figures etc.) provided such restrictions are not used unreasonably.
