| This award recognises the employee mobility initiative that has had the greatest impact on an organisations globalised workforce, positively supporting its ability to embrace new ways of working, achieve commercial growth and better support the people and environment in which they work. Judges will consider the contribution and impact the initiative has had on the organisations global business and talent mobility requirements, the role the initiative has played in meeting the organisations people strategies, how the initiative has enhanced the organisations global workforce capabilities and/or created a diverse and mobile employee population. |
