2022 MDDA National Family Retreat

MDDA's National Family Retreat is our hallmark event that usually occurs once a year in a prime interstate location. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic there hasn't been a Family Retreat since 2019 BUT now we are finally able to come together as a community in sunny Queensland. Postponed from 2020, this years National Family Retreat will take place at the beautiful InterContinental Sanctuary Cove. 

The Retreat attracts all types of family groups and members from the IEM Australian community including: newly diagnosed infants, kids and teens through to well experienced adults, those returning to diet, supportive family members, spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings and carers representing all protein IEMs. It also welcomes special guests and speakers from metabolic clinics, research and other health institutions from around the country.
