Archer's Metabolic Dietary Disorders Association (MDDA) Fundraiser

Date: Saturday June 28, 2025
Time: 5PM - 7:30PM
Venue: Mt Gravatt Bowls Club, 1873 Logan Road, Upper Mt Gravatt, QLD 4122

Cost: $45 Adults, $20 children (5-12yrs) and Children (0-4yrs) free.

All tickets include light refreshments and bare foot bowling with assistance to learn to play. Children must be supervised at all times by parents/caregivers. Drinks are available for purchase at the Club Bar at a reasonable cost.  

Join us and be part of an enjoyable evening socialising and catching up with friends while showing support for the MDDA. There will be bowls for the adults and a chance to win exciting prizes in the raffle draw. Raffle tickets can be purchased on the day and online below.

PKU/IEM are rare disorders, it is estimated that there are less than 2,500 individuals living with PKU/IEM and approximately only 25 babies born each year. Most are diagnosed via the Newborn Screening program. Lifelong treatment is complex and challenging to prevent a range of debilitating and irreversible psychological outcomes. There is no cure.

All proceeds raised from this event will be donated to support the Metabolic Dietary Disorders Association (MDDA).

If you’re unable to join us in person on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Mt Gravatt Bowls Club, you can still be part of the fun and make a difference by purchasing raffle tickets. With exciting prizes up for grabs, it's a great way to show your support for the Metabolic Dietary Disorders Association (MDDA) from afar.

All proceeds from the raffle go directly to MDDA, helping to support individuals and families living with PKU and other Inborn Errors of Metabolism (IEM)—rare and lifelong conditions that require complex dietary management. Your contribution helps fund essential resources and advocacy efforts for a small but resilient community.
