PKU Carer's Program Launch Registration

MDDA, in partnership with the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Industry Partners, is proud to launch the PKU Carers Program and Compendium. The launch will take place as a virtual online event and will include the opportunity for discussion on any questions that you might have, and also provide the opportunity to be part of a supportive ongoing network.

Please sign up below to join the PKU Carers Program and receive your copy of the PKU Carers Compendium. You will also be able to register to participate in our virtual program launch taking place at 1.30pm AEST on Tuesday 11th August 2020.

* If you jointly care for a PKU patient, please sign up all main carers to the program as part of your group so that they can each attend the virtual launch event.
NOTE: We are still accepting registrations after the 27th July, however due to Australia Post delays you may not receive your PKU Carer's Compendium in time for the launch event.
