Your forum package includes accommodation on Tuesday the 18 February 2020 with the actual forum commencing at 3.30pm on the Tuesday.  For those on the Advisory Councils, the Marketing meeting will commence at 8.30am on Tuesday and the Product meeting will commence at 12.30pm on the same day (with lunch at 12noon).  Please change the check in and out dates to match your requirements then click on the search button underneath this to select your room type. 

If you do not require accommodation or are staying in someone elses room please tick the box next to the No Accommodation required section. (You only need to select accommodation for one person in your group if you are sharing a room, thank you)
