This award recognises the organisation who has implemented an initiative that has had the greatest positive impact on the family and/or the employee global transition. The initiative will have enhanced the global talent pool and overall employee and/or relocation experience.

Judges will be considering the journey undertaken, the role the initiative has played in meeting the organisations broader attraction, engagement and employee development strategies and the how the initiative has contributed to the organisation achieving operational excellence.
