This award recognises the organisation that has over the past 12 months taken action to prepare their workforce for the challenges posed by working in a globalised world. The initiative will have played a key role in supporting employees develop a global perspective and/or supported them in becoming more confident in their ability to integrate into foreign environments, lead global teams or participate in global team projects. 

Judges will consider the steps the organisation has taken to facilitate people from different groups working cohesively together, the role cultural diversity plays in the organisations success and how the initiative has improved the global mobility experience.
