This award recognises the organisation that has included Employee Wellbeing as a key element of the organisations global workforce management activities and/or best demonstrates an approach that contributes to Corporate Social Responsibility across the organisation, employees and the communities in which it operates.

Judges will be considering the implementation process, how the program aligns with broader organisational strategies and the impact the initiative has had on employee well-being, health and/or safety.
