2020 TEMI Awards

2020 was a year where Talent Mobility functions were tested like never before - many shining in the face of adversity. 

Our IHR community across the Australasian Region were at the front line... helping individuals adapt to isolation, navigating the open and closing of international and domestic borders, supporting stranded assignees and their families and in some instances dealing with furloughs and redundancies. 

Our 2020 Award Finalists represented the best of the best. Individuals, teams and organisations who stepped forward, embraced new ways of thinking, implemented new strategies and worked tirelessly to protect their colleagues and their organisation.
