This award recognises the individual, organisation, or employee mobility team that over the last 12 months has taken specific actions to instil global awareness into their mobile and/or remote workforce; or who has created a program to celebrate, support or enable an inclusive and diverse global workforce for their organisation. 

Judges will consider: 

• The action the team took to raise global awareness, and what specific issue was at the focus
• How the team promoted diversity and inclusion within their organisation or global workforce
• The impact the action or initiative had, or continues to have, on the organisation or global workforce

Selection Criteria: Applications should demonstrate

• What steps the organisation took to prepare its workforce for challenges posed by working in a globalised world
• How the initiative supports geographically or culturally diverse groups to work together
• How stakeholders collaborated to develop and/or implement the Global Awareness initiative
• The impact having a diverse and inclusive workforce has to the organisations success and how the initiative improved the global mobility experience
