Employee Engagement Awards 

New Way of Working - 2021 Mobility Partner



This award recognises the organisation who has most successfully embraced the new way of working (NWOW) through their onboarding, work-from-home, work-from-anywhere, flexible, or virtual working arrangements pre, post and during the pandemic. This Award specifically acknowledges the mobility function who has successfully worked alongside the broader organisation to combine global talent management and/or mobility strategies or practices into the new way of working.

Judges will consider:

  • How the organisation used technology to support a globally dispersed workforce, engage employees, or enhance overall business performance
  • The impact the initiative has had on talent management, mobility, remote workers, their families and the organisation; and
  • The role the initiative is playing in meeting the organisations talent attraction, engagement, retention and employee development strategies.

To qualify for this award

If you delivered your initiative for, or on behalf of, another organisation (ie. clients or customers) then the application should be submitted in conjunction with one selected client/customer.

Applications should outline:

  • The remote and/or flexible work initiative you implemented over the past 12 months
  • The use of virtual collaboration tools or other technology
  • Describe how the initiative achieves operational excellence, positively impacts employee engagement, and enhances the overall stakeholder experience or business performance
  • How the initiative achieved greater workplace agility, resilience, empathy, and innovation (as appropriate)
