Where is the hotel and conference venue?

The hotel is at the Pan Pacific Melbourne and the conference will take place at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC). 

How do I register for the conference?

Click the Register button at the bottom of the page and fill out the digital form. 

When will the start/finish time be?

Tuesday's conference times will be 2:00pm - 5:00pm, with the Networking Dinner taking place from 6:30pm - 10:00pm. Wednesday's conference times will be 9:00am - 4:30pm, with the Gala Dinner taking place from 6:30pm - 12:00am.  Thursday's conference times will be 9:30am - 3:00pm, with the final dinner taking place from 7:00pm - 11:00pm.  (Times are subject to change.)

What if I'm not staying at the hotel?

If you are not staying at the Pan Pacific Melbourne, you are responsible for making you own way to the conference and dinners. Please ensure you allow sufficient times when making your arrangements. 

What are the cancellation fees?

Your registration is fully refundable (less a $45 handling fee and any credit surcharges paid) if cancellation is received and acknowledged in writing by emailing snooze@gener8.com.au by 28 June, 2024. For more information on cancellation fees and other Booking T&Cs click here.

What is the dress code?

The conference and Welcome Function are both smart causal.  The Gala Dinner Formal Attire, gilded in gold! Snooze Pyjama Party please wear appropriate attire for a public and work-related setting. The event space is a short walk from the hotel, by the river. While the venue is covered, it is partly open, so please dress accordingly to stay warm. Robe’s recommended 😉


What is the check in/out process?

Check in is from 3pm with check out by 11am.  You will be asked to provide a credit card and photo id on check in.  The hotel may take a $100 deposit from your card which will be returned upon checkout (less any charges incurred)


Is Breakfast included?

If you have booked a conference package that  includes accommodation, a full buffet breakfast is included as a function on both Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings in Dock 37. If you extend your stay,  breakfast is at your own cost. 


How do I get to and from the airport?

All airport transfers are at your own arrangements.  You can choose to take the Skybus, a taxi/uber or book a private car.
