Travellers to Melbourne should make their own flight and transfer arrangements. We recommend getting travel insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances. 

Please allow time to arrive, transfer to the hotel and check-in to both the hotel and the conference no later than 2pm in time for the Opening Plenary on Tuesday.

Departures on Thursday should allow for a 5:15pm (onwards) Melbourne airport check-in time (and flights no earlier than 6:15pm). The airport is a 35-45 minute taxi or Uber ride away, but allow yourself longer times during peak hours. Please note there is an optional coach transfer to Tullamarine airport for $10pp that can be booked at the time of registering. Seats are limited.

Onsite valet parking is available at Crown Promenade from $50 per vehicle per night for hotel guests, otherwise there is also parking at Crown Multi-level car park. To view the more Crown parking options, click here.
