Payment Options
This year, you can choose to make full payment as part of the registration process or you can sign up for our payment plan, which comprises three instalments;
- 30% of total fee upon registration if before 31 January 2019
- 40% of total fee on 31 January 2019 (or 70% if registering after 31 January 2019)
- Remaining balance by 15 March 2019
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please note, all credit card transactions will incur a credit card surcharge of 2.6%. Once registered you will receive a confirmation email which contains a link to pay by credit card.
EFT payments are permitted (where no bank merchant fees apply), however, a $10 administration fee will be applied to any overdue EFT instalments.
Once registered you will receive a confirmation email which contains a link to pay by credit card. This email also contains a link to an invoice which contains the bank account information for EFT payments.
Cancellation Policy
Your registration is fully refundable (less a $45 handling fee and any credit surcharges paid) if cancellation is received and acknowledged in writing by emailing bosch@gener8.com.au by 11 February 2019.
After this time,the following terms apply.
- Prior to 15 March 2019, no penalty for accommodation changes but 25% of registration fees per person cancelled apply.
- Prior to 15 April 2019, no penalty for accommodation charges but 50% of registration fees per person cancelled apply.
- Thereafter, full accommodation and registration fees apply(transferrable to another colleague if replaced).
