*Early Bird registrations close 25th January 2024. After this date, full prices apply. Early bird prices can only be honoured for registrations and payments made on or prior to 25th January 2024. Payment not received by this date will default to the full registration package.

*Rooms rates are applicable for extension pre and post event dates.
*Extension night Room upgrades are calculated by adding the Standard room rate per night plus the upgrade room rate per night price.
