To maintain high standards and ensure the TEMI Awards remain fair and transparent, we have decided to draw on a team of independent industry professionals to assess all TEMI Award submissions. 

Our panel of Judges is made up of well-respected industry experts, from across the various disciplines which make up the Global Workforce Management Industry Sector.  Our great panel of judges will provide a level of prestige to our awards night as we celebrate all the hard work and dedication over the last year. 

In addition, every Judge will be given a judge's promotional card to use across their social media and will have their profile featured on this very website. You will also have the opportunity to network with the Awards finalists at the Gala and give valuable face-to-face feedback.
