How to Apply or Nominate Someone for an Award

The 2019 Australasian Global Workforce Management Awards will be awarded to the winners by either a successful application or nomination by a colleague. Each award has a set of eligibility requirements that the applicant needs to meet in order to win. Submissions will be judged against the eligibility requirements and pre-defined selection criteria.

Nomination and Submission Process

The Nomination and Submission process is as follows:

  1. Complete the official nomination form to advise of your intention to lodge an Award Submission. 
  2. Review the general information and award category guidelines 
  3. If nominating someone other than yourself, contact the nominee to discuss their nomination and work with them to prepare their Award Application.  
  4. Prepare the submission using the specific Award Application Form provided, ensuring the submission:  
i. Addresses the relevant selection criteria for your chosen Award. 
ii.Include an Entry Statement of no more than 750 words (content should be suitable to be used for publicity purposes).  
iii. Upload any supporting materials in MS Word file, PowerPoint or PDF A4 format. (supporting materials should not exceed 10 pages and there is a  5MB size limit per attachment). 
iv. Upload at least one headshot of the nominee or a team photo in jpeg format. 
v. Upload a brief 2 minute video or link to YouTube or similar. (Optional)   

5. Submit your Application Form before 6pm on the nominated closing date.

Confidentiality 

The Employee Mobility Institute confirms that all information supplied as part of a TEMI Award Entry will not be shared with third parties other than the Judges who will review the information as part of the judging process.

Descriptions of submissions from winners and finalists will be published in connection with the Awards. Entrants may mark sensitive parts of their entry ‘not for publication’ (such as exact budget figures etc.) provided such restrictions are not used unreasonably.
