This award recognises the organisation that best works to ensure the overall health and wellbeing of their contingent and mobile employee population and/ or best demonstrates an approach that contributes to Corporate Social responsibility across the organisation, employees and the communities in which it operates. 

Examples might include, but are not limited to: 

  • Incorporation of environmental or risk management within employee mobility/travel policies and practices, 
  • A solution to an identified work health and safety issue,
  • Development of vendor partnership solution
  •  Successful implementation of crisis response strategy, 
  • New approach to the physical and mental health of contingent workers and mobile employees, 
  • Introduction of stress management or resilience programs 
  • Broadening talent attraction strategies to incorporate the integration of skilled migrants or refugees
