This award recognises the organisation who has undergone a significant change, reform or transformation of employee mobility within the last 2 years. The change, reform or transformation may be self-initiated or in response to business need and must be able to demonstrate successful outcomes, significantly impacting and/or resolving the business requirement and overall needs.
