Registrations are now open! Early bird prices extended until sold out! Registrations close on 31st August 2023 (or once sold out). Payment must be made 3 days once MDDA have received your registration, payment plans are available. 

Registration packages (accompanied with at least 1 adult) are all inclusive of the following:

• Fully catered delicious regular and low protein meals (from Friday afternoon tea through to Sunday afternoon tea)
• Complementary group airport transfers from both Brisbane & Gold Coast airports (specified times Friday & Sunday - pre-bookings essential)
• Free onsite parking (not valet parking)
• Plus, all the fun (age appropriate) activities, kids club and educational sessions that will take place across the weekend
• Infants under 4 years old have the option to register for our daytime creche program or provide their own carer. Creche bookings must be done in advance at least 2 weeks out from the event to secure appropriate creche staff.

 Nb. Refreshments are provided with all meals incl. water, juice, soft drinks, coffee & tea. Other beverages (including alcoholic) are at your own cost.

*Evening group and individual babysitting will be offered at an optional extra cost. Evening functions are child friendly but end late so parents of younger children may opt for this.

**All packages provide for optional return airport transfers to and from Brisbane or Gold Coast at nominated times (must be pre-booked via MDDA)
