Swimming Pools

InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort boasts two stunning swimming pools - a one-acre Lagoon Beach Pool and Terrace Pool & Spa. 

Both swimming pools are open all year round from Dawn until Dusk. 

Golfing Destination

Sanctuary Cove is one of Australia's premier golfing destinations with two internationally-renowned championship golf courses — The Pines and The Palms.

Both courses are applauded for premier design and contrasting styles. A recent multi-million dollar rejuvenation of the golfing amenities includes state-of-the-art facilities and newly-configured fairways to further enhance the Sanctuary Cove golfing experience.

Sanctuary Cove Country Club

Sanctuary Cove Country Club is an oasis of health, fitness and well-being essentials. Located a short buggy ride from the resort, the Club features a stunning recreation centre - both indoors and outdoors - and offers fitness classes in an invigorating environment. 

The Marina Village

The Marina Village is the heart of Sanctuary Cove and is located within walking distance of the hotel. 

It is home to a variety of specialty shops including fashion boutiques, art galleries, cafes, lot of restaurants and bars offering a wide range of popular dining options. 

Business and community services include beauty salon, newsagent with postal service, medical centre, pharmacy, and IGA supermarket.

Visits by the wild local Kangaroos

The grounds are home to these gorgeous wild local Kangaroos.  Be sure not to touch them however enjoy there presence in their local habitat.

Venue Upgrades

Upgrades To Lagoon Beach Precinct have commenced and will be completed in time for our retreat.

 The resort will be carrying out essential maintenance and enhancement work affecting the lagoon beach and pool precinct. Works to the lagoon beach and The Pool House will commence on the 6th of June 2023 for up to six weeks on the lagoon beach (reopening late July) and up to 12 weeks (reopening early September) for The Pool House.
