Flights
You will need to fly into Sydney Airport. However, if you wish to extend your time in Sydney pre or post event, or you find a flight path which is more suited to travel in and out of Sydney from your home town, this is also an option you may wish to consider.
The flight times below are a guide to see which flights are best suited for getting to the retreat on time, that also align with the Airport Transfers MDDA are organising.
These are a flight guide only and may have changed at the time of you booking your airfares. Please also consider when booking flights any possible flight cancellations and the next available flight and also any delays with airport ground services. We strongly recommend packing a carry-on bag with a change of clothes and excess formula/medication for each family member just in case your checked in luggage is lost.
Sydney flights can accommodate starting and conclusion times for most cities, so flights should be selected to best suit your preferred travel time and cost.

- Transfer to hotel departs at 10:30am and 2:00pm Friday 21st November
- Transfer to Sydney Airport departs at 3:00pm Sunday 23rd November
Friday retreat commences at 1:30pm with lunch (2:45pm sessions start) and concludes Sunday at 3:00pm for airport departures.
Please do not book any departure flights any earlier than 5.50pm on Sunday 23rd November.
