Two room configurations are available to best suit various family sizes and preferences.

·       Twin Rooms (two queen beds with optional cot) 

·       King Rooms (one king size bed)

Maximum room occupancy limitations apply as follows:

·       1 Adult (solo) + up to 3 Teens or Children 4-17yrs + 1 Child/Infant <4 yrs (in cot)

·       2 Adults (sharing) + up to 2 Teens or Children 4-17yrs + 1 Child/Infant <4 yrs (in cot)

·       3 Adults (sharing) + 1 Teen/Child 4-17yrs + 1 Child/Infant <4 yrs (in cot)

All costs are based on using existing bedding configurations, so if extra beds/rooms are required you should consider  booking an additional adjoining room (at additional cost). If you are traveling solo, we are happy to arrange a shared room for you with another MDDA guest to reduce your cost. Rollaway beds are available for $60 per night, per room.

Accommodation rooms booked via MDDA will be allocated to our priority rooms and receive the MDDA discounted rate.

Breakfast is included with these room bookings just on the Saturday and Sunday mornings as part of MDDA’s group booking rate.

Extension nights can be booked at the discounted MDDA rate for 3 days pre (16th, 17th and 18th November) and 3 days post (22nd, 23rd, 24th November) event dates. For extension bookings beyond these dates please enquire with MDDA and we will see what we can negotiate for you.

Breakfast is NOT included on extending nights and will instead be charged by the hotel on consumption of $34 per person per extension date if you wish to have breakfast at the hotel. 

Cots are provided complimentary however have to be booked at time of registration.  As these are limited we are asking anyone local to bring their own.

MDDA will do their absolute best to accommodate all interconnecting rooms (rooms side by side) requested if available from the hotel.
