Where is the hotel and Summit venue?

The Mobility Exchange will take place at Cleveland Estate, Lancemore on Thursday 31st July to Saturday 2nd August. 

How do I register for the Summit?

Click the Register button at the bottom of the page and fill out the digital form. Early Bird closes 1st June 2025.

When will the start/finish time be?

Thursday's commences with registration from 4.00pm - 7.00pm followed by the Welcome Reception commencing at 6.30pm - 9.00pm. Friday Summit sessions will be held from 9.00am - 4.30pm followed by a the Networking Dinner 6.30pm - 9.00pm. Saturday's Summit times will be 9:00am - 11:30am.

What if I'm not staying on site?

If you are not staying at Cleveland Estate, you are responsible for making you own way to the Summit and dinners. Please ensure you allow sufficient times when making your arrangements. 

If you are staying at a property booked by gener8 – shuttle buses are available between sister retreats.

What are the cancellation fees?

Your registration is fully refundable (less a $45 handling fee and any credit surcharges paid) if cancellation is received and acknowledged in writing by emailing info@gener8.com.au by 19 April, 2025. For more information on cancellation fees and other Booking T&Cs click here.

What is the dress code and weather?

The Summit, Welcome Reception and Networking Dinner are smart causal. August is one of the coolest month's in Lancemore and it is recommended you bring warm clothes. We will have open fires, however the average temperature in August is 3.1 - 9.4 degrees, click here to find out more. 


What is the check in/out process?

Check in is available from 2pm, with check out by 11am.  Upon check-in, you will be required to provide a credit card and photo ID. The estate may place a temporary hold on your card, which will be released upon check out, minus any charges incurred during your stay.

What food and beverages are included?

- Full canapé & drinks provided Thursday.
- Full breakfast (if accommodation booked) Friday and Saturday.
- Lunch provided on Friday (part of the delegate pass).
- Dinner provided on Friday (part of the delegate pass).
- Bottomless Tea, coffee & water.
- Morning tea provided Saturday.


What if I have a dietary requirement?

If you have a dietary requirement, please ensure you provide your dietary requirements upon registration or by COB 23rd August 2025 to ensure we will be able to accommodate your request.  Any dietary requirements received after this date can not be  guaranteed.  


How do I get to and from the airport?

All airport transfers are at your own arrangements, unless purchased during registration, inbound transfers at 2:30pm and 4:00pm on 31st July and outbound on the 2nd August at 12:00pm.  You can choose to take the Skybus, a taxi/uber or book a private car.
