Airport Transfers

Once in Brisbane or Gold Coast, Airport --> Hotel transfers will be provided complimentary to all 'pre-booked' attendees for your convenience. To qualify, you must book these when registering for the retreat and ensure your flight details suit the arranged pickup and drop off times.

 Additional costs apply for transfers required outside of these times or at your own arrangement.

 If you flight is delayed or you expect to miss your transfer for any reason please advise us as soon as you are aware so we can try and reschedule your pickup. If a further group transfer is unable to be arranged by MDDA, then you will be need to make your own way to or from the venue at your own cost (via Uber, Taxi, Hire Car or Airport Shuttle).

 Local Queensland families are also welcomed to take advantage of these transfers as long as these are pre-booked in advance with MDDA and you on time at the designated pickup points specified (unless otherwise advised).

Gold Coast Airport

Bus 1 – Departs airport at 12:30pm (for flights arriving prior to 12pm) - arriving at Sanctuary Cove by 1:15pm

 Bus 2 – Departs airport at 1:50pm (for flights arriving prior to 1.10pm) - arriving at Sanctuary Cove by 2:35pm

Departs Sanctuary Cove at  3:00pm- arriving at  Gold Coast airport by  3:45 pm for 4:45pm or later flights for 4:45pm or later flights
Brisbane Airport

Bus 1 - Departs airport at 1:00pm (for flights arriving prior to 12.30pm) - arriving at Sanctuary Cove by 2:00pm

 Bus 2 - Departs airport at 2:00pm (for flights arriving prior to 1.30pm) - arriving at Sanctuary Cove by 3:00pm


Departs Sanctuary Cove at 3:00pm - arriving at Brisbane airport by 4:00pm for 5:00pm or later flights

 We encourage all delegates traveling to Launceston, Hobart and Adelaide to depart via Brisbane airport.
