Travellers to Brisbane should make their own flight and transfer arrangements. Travel insurance is recommended.
Please allow time on Tuesday 23rd May to arrive in Brisbane, transfer to the hotel and check in to both the hotel and the Forum in time for the welcome afternoon tea commencing at 2:30pm, Business sessions Day one, franchisee meeting and dinner.Departures on Wednesday should allow for arrival at Brisbane airport by approx. 5.15pm for flight departures NO EARLIER THAN 6.15pm. The airport is a 25-30 minute taxi or Uber ride away but allow yourself extra time in peak hours.
