| 1. Pricing: 1.1 All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. 2 Registrations: 2.1 Registration packages are all inclusive of 3 nights accommodation, breakfast, all functions, and meals from Thursday afternoon through to Sunday breakfast. 2.2 Ground transportation to and from the residential hotel, the Sheraton is provided for all offsite events and activities. 2.3 Some airport transfers are included. 2.4 Flights, extensions and other incidentals are at your own cost and arrangements unless otherwise specified. 2.5 Children can attend but babysitting services are at your own arrangement and cost. 3 Accommodation: 3.1 Accommodation for families with 2 adults and up to 2 children, 14 years or under is permitted in rooms with 2 queen beds. 3.2 Optional accommodation upgrade costs are applicable to all room nights and dependent upon availability. 3.3 Accommodation is at the Sheraton Grand and all ground transportation for offsite activities will originate and conclude at this location. 4 Travel: 4.1 All costs and arrangements associated with your travel to and from the convention are at your own cost and arrangement. 4.2 The exception is airport transfers, depending upon your arrival and departure times/dates these may be included. 4.3 It is recommended that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that might impede your ability to travel. 5. Payment Terms: 5.1 Payment of the convention registration fees and accommodation is to be made direct to gener8 events. 5.2 Payment can be made by credit card or EFT. If paying by EFT, a $10 administration fee will be applied to any over due instalments. 5.3 All credit card payments attract credit card surcharges as follows: Visa, Mastercard & Amex – 2.6% 5.4 Please note these credit card charges are directly passed on by gener8 at the rates charged to them. They are higher than standard retail outlet rates as they are charged as online merchant rates. If you have any concerns about these rates charged, please speak with gener8 and alternative payment methods can be accepted. 5.5 If you sign up for the instalment payment plan, payments can be made in three instalments as follows: • 30% of total fee upon registration if before 31 Janauary 2019 • 40% of total fee on 31 January 2019 (or 70% if registering after 31 January 2019) • Remaining balance by 15 March 2019 5.6 Payment will be processed in full upon receipt of your registration form, unless you opt to sign up for our payment plan. | 5.7 A taxation invoice/receipt will accompany your registration confirmation which will be emailed to you once your registration form has been received and processed. 5.8 Convention costs can be recovered via the Bosch rewards program for applicable workshops. This can only be redeemed once you have paid for the convention. Please contact Bosch directly for your reward to be processed. 6. Cancellation Terms: 6.1 Your registration is fully refundable (less a $45 handling fee and any credit surcharges paid) if cancellation is received and acknowledged in writing by emailing bosch@gener8.com.au by 11 February 2019. After this time, the following terms apply. • Prior to 15 March 2019, no penalty for accommodation changes but 25% of registration fees per person cancelled apply. • Prior to 15 April 2019, no penalty for accommodation charges but 50% of registration fees per person cancelled apply. • Thereafter, full accommodation and registration fees apply(transferrable to another colleague if replaced). 7. Non Discloser: 7.1 gener8 and Bosch will only use personal information provided for the purpose of managing your participation in the event. 7.2 Images (Photo and Video) collected during the course of the convention by Bosch and gener8 events may be used by Bosch and it’s representative for future marketing activities. 8.Bookings & Enquiries: 8.1 Please return the enclosed registration form to gener8 events by 1 of December 2018, to receive early bird prices or before registrations close on 15 March 2019.
