1.1 All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.

2.1 Conference Registration Packages are inclusive of the conference, Welcome Function and Gala Dinner unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Accommodation is included in the full package. If selecting conference only or a tailored package - these do not include accommodation.
2.3 Travel, extensions and other incidentals areat your cost.

2.4 Tailored packages will only apply if one or more people from the same business have also booked the full conference package, with or without accommodation

3.1 Accommodation is at the Crown Promenade,next to the Conference Centre.
3.2 Accommodation is optional however to secure the special conference rate bookings must be made through gener8 Events.

3.3 Accommodation can be prepaid with the conference rate through gener8 Events.  You will be asked to provide a credit card number when adding accommodation to your booking.  This will not be shared with the hotel and will only be charged if or when final payment via eft hasn’t been received by the 10th August 2019.
3.4 Accommodation requested after 10 of August 2019 cannot be guaranteed.

4.1 All costs and arrangements associated with your travel to and from the conference (including parking) are at your own arrangements and cost.
4.2 It is recommended that you take out travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances that might impede your ability to travel.

5.1 Payment of the conference registration fees is to be made direct to gener8 Events. 
5.2  Full payment for the conference, including any accommodation must be received on or before the 10th of August 2019.  If payment is not received by this date gener8 reserves the right to charge any outstanding amounts to the credit card on file or cancel your booking.

5.3 Payment can be made in 3 instalments

• 30% upon registration 
  
• 40% on the 10th July (or 70% if registering on
•  or after 10th July)
  
• The rest (30%) to be paid by the 10th August 
  

5.4 Payment can be made by credit card or EFT.

5.5  All credit card payments attract credit card surcharges as follows: Visa, MasterCard or Amex - 1.86%.

5.6 Please note these credit card charges are directly passed on by gener8 at the rates charged to them. They are higher than standard retail outlet rates as they are charged as online merchant rates. If you have any concerns about these rates charged, please speak with gener8 and alternative  payment methods can be accepted.

 5.7 Payment will be processed in full upon receipt of your registration unless you opt to participate in the payment plan. 

5.8 A taxation invoice/receipt will accompany your registration confirmation which will be emailed to you once your registration has been processed. 

6.1 Your registration is fully refundable (less a $45 handling fee and any credit surcharges paid) if cancellation is received and acknowledged in writing by emailing snooze@gener8.com.au by 10 July 2019 After this time, the following terms apply.

• Prior to 10 August 2019, no penalty for accommodation changes but 25% of registration fees per person cancelled apply.
• Thereafter, full accommodation and registration fees apply (transferrable to another colleague if replaced).

6.2 Penalties may also apply to any changes made to your booking after 10 August 2019.

7. NON-DISCLOSURE 

7.1 Your name, company and email address will be provided to sponsors of the Snooze National Conference. If you do not wish this to occur please email snooze@gener8.com.au advising this.

7.2 Other than as stated in clause 7.1, gener8 and Snooze will only use personal information provided for the purpose of managing your participation in the event.

7.3 Images (Photo and Video) collected during the course of the conference by Snooze and gener8 Events may be used by Snooze and it’s representative for future marketing activities.
