Travellers to Melbourne should make their own flight and transfer arrangements. We recommend getting travel insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances. 

Please allow time to arrive, transfer to the hotel and check-in to both the hotel and the conference in time for afternoon tea and the opening plenary on Tuesday.

Departures on Thursday should allow for a 5:30pm (onwards) Melbourne airport check-in time. The airport is a 35 minute taxi or Uber ride away, but allow yourself longer times during peak hours
