Where is the hotel and conference venue?

The hotel is at the Crown Promenade and the conference will take place at the Crown Conference centre. 

How do I register for the conference?

Click the Register button at the bottom of the page and fill out the digital form. 

When will the start/finish time be?

Tuesday's conference times will be 2:30pm - 5:30pm, with the Welcome Function taking place from 6:30pm - 10:30pm. Wednesday's conference times will be 8:30am - 4:30pm, with the Gala Dinner taking place from 7:00pm - midnight.  Thursday's conference times will be 8:30am - 4:00pm.  (Times are subject to change.)

What if I'm not staying at the hotel?

If you are not staying at the Crown Promenade, you are responsible for making you own way to the conference and dinners. Please ensure you allow sufficient times when making your arrangements. 

What are the cancellation fees?

Your registration is fully refundable (less a $45 handling fee and any credit surcharges paid) if cancellation is received and acknowledged in writing by emailing snooze@gener8.com.au by 10 July, 2019. For more information on cancellation fees and other Booking T&Cs click here.

What is the dress code?

The conference and Welcome Function are both smart causal.  The Gala Dinner dress code is cocktail attire.

What is the check in/out process?

Check in is from 2pm with check out by 11am.  You will be asked to provide a credit card and photo id on check in.  The hotel may take a $100 deposit from your card which will be returned upon checkout (less any charges incurred)

Is Breakfast included?

If you have booked a conference package that  includes accommodation yes it is included.  

How do I get to the Gala Dinner?

Buses will be provided to/from Crown Promenade.  If not staying at the hotel you will need to make your own arrangements.  The Forum is within 5 minute walk of Flinders Street Station, numerous car parks and tram stops. 

How do I get to and from the airport?

All airport transfers are at your own arrangements.  You can choose to take the Skybus, a taxi/uber or book a private car.
