Booking Information - All prices are Australian Dollars and include GST.
- Registration fees cover your participation in all planned activities as outlined in the program and include all meals, event related ground transportation and business and social events
- Flights, airport transfers extensions, travel insurance and other incidentals are at delegates own expense.
- Optional accommodation upgrade costs are applicable to all room nights and dependent upon availability.
- This is a “residential forum”. Accommodation is at the forum venue, Novotel Olympic Park.
Cancellation Policy - Your registration is fully refundable (less a $45 handling fee) if cancellation is received and acknowledged in writing by emailing snooze@gener8.com.au by 5 April 2019. Cancellations after 5 April will incur penalties as follows:
Prior to 3 May 2019, 1 nights accommodation penalty and 50% of registration fees per person cancelled apply.
Thereafter, full accommodation and registration fees apply (transferable to another colleague if replaced). - It is recommended that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that might impede your ability to travel.
| | Flights & Transfers - All flight/travel arrangements to and from Sydney are at the delegates own expense.
- Airport transfers are also at your own cost and arrangement.
- When planning your travel, please allow time to arrive, transfer to the hotel, register for the forum and check in to your room before the welcome afternoon tea and dinner.
Payment Information - Payment of the conference registration fees and accommodation is to be made direct to gener8 events.
- You can opt to pay in the following installments
50% upon registration if registering before 3 May 2019
Balance by 3 May 2019 or total upon registration if after this date - A taxation invoice/receipt will accompany your registration confirmation which will be emailed to you once your registration form has been received and processed.
- Credit Card Fees - Visa, Mastercard and American Express will be charged 1.86% of the GST inclusive amount.
- Please note these credit card charges are directly passed on by gener8 at the rates charged to them. They are higher than standard retail outlet rates as they are charged as online merchant rates. If you have any concerns about these rates charged, please speak with gener8 and alternative payment methods can be accepted.
Non-Disclosure- gener8 and Snooze will only use personal information provided for the purpose of managing your participation in the event.
- Images (Photo and Video) collected during the course of the conference by Snooze and gener8 may be used by Snooze and it’s representative for future marketing activities.
