* Transfers to and from all activities are provided by gener8 and included in your costs for any delegates staying at the Sheraton MIrage Port Douglas.

* Airport transfers should be booked at the time of registering for the forum. Per person airport transfers apply for alll adults & kids.

* Extension accommodation should be booked as part of your forum registration. Please ensure dates have been extended to cover all activity dates below that you wish to participate in.

*Meals and beverages are provided where specified. Additional beverages may be required to be purchased at own costs outside of packaged drinks provided.

Monday 17th March: Reef Adventure & Dinner

• Morning Activity:
• 8.00 AM Enjoy a full-day Outer Reef - Mackay Coral Cay Cruise, exploring the Great Barrier Reef with snorkeling, glass-bottom boat tours, and marine education.
• Includes: guided and unguided snorkelling, a visit to the sand Cay, glass bottom boat trip, informative reef presentation, equipment, morning tea, buffet lunch, afternoon tea and return hotel transfers.

Tuesday 18th March: Breakfast with the Birds & Koalas and Forum Start

• Morning Activities: (FAC members unable to participate due to conflicting meeting)
• 7:45 AM: Arrival to have breakfast with the Birds and Koalas. After the breakfast, you can return to the hotel on the first transfer or explore the park at your own pace and enjoy a variety of exciting animal talks and presentations. 
• 9.15AM or 10.30AM or later: Return to the hotel to get ready for the forum.

Coach departs 7.30am from Sheraton lobby and returns 9.15am or 10.30am (or make own way back)

• Afternoon/Evening 
• 3:00 PM: Forum opening session (gener8 kids club check in). 
  A complimentary Snooze kids program will be held onsite at the Sheraton that afternoon (until 5pm) provided and supervised by the gener8 crew.
  As the forum dinner is onsite Tuesday evening, age appropriate children are expected to be under the supervision of parents unless individual babysitting is required (gener8 can organised as required for a cost).

• 11AM: Enjoy an awe inspiring  Dreamtime Walk, with an Indigenous guide, including a traditional smoking ceremony, rainforest walk and Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre exploration and lunch.

Friday 21st March: Reef & Coastal Adventure
