Travel Information
Travellers to Port Douglas should book their own flight however flexible airport to hotel (return) transfers are recommended to be booked via gener8 at the time of registering (unless you wish to make other arrangements). If you do not book a transfer via gener8 then you will need to find your own way to the venue. Our transfer service will enable you to be either placed on a group transfer or be booked on a standard shuttle transfer depending on your date of travel or flight time. The cost will be the same regardless, but we will take care of all the organisation for you.
Please allow time on Tuesday 19th March to arrive in Cairns, transfer to the hotel and check in to both the hotel and the Forum in time for the welcome afternoon tea commencing at 2:30pm, Business sessions Day one, franchisee meeting and dinner.Departures on Thursday can also be booked via gener8, and if you you are departing on a different day we will take care of this too. The hotel is a 1 hour drive to/from the airport, but allow yourself extra time in peak hours.
Simply book the transfer options you require at the time of registration and you can send us your flight information closer. Or let us know you are making your way and do not require a transfer.
Valet Onsite parking is available for a special rate of $20.00 per day (or part day), unlimited access. Valet parking is subject to availability. Alternatively there is free on-site parking.
