*Early Bird registrations close 16th December 2024. After this date, full prices apply. Early bird prices can only be honoured for registrations and payments made on or prior to 16th December 2024. Payment not received by this date will default to the full registration package.
*Forum registrations close 7th February 2025. After this date places will be subject to availability.
*Rooms rates are applicable for extension pre and post event dates.
*Extension night Room upgrades are calculated by adding the Standard room rate per night plus the upgrade room rate per night price.
*After the 14th January 2025 extension accommodation prices and upgrades cannot be guaranteed and may increase.
