Optional shuttle transfers between the Airport and Cleveland Estate will be available and can be booked during the registration process. To catch a transfer, your flight must arrive/depart as per the below timeframes. If traveling outside of these timeframes you are responsible for making your own transfers.

We recommend getting travel insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Melbourne Airport	1. Departs airport at 2:30pm (for flights arriving prior to 1:45pm) - arriving Cleveland Estate by 3:30pm AEST 2. Departs airport at 4pm (for flights arriving prior to 3:15pm) - arriving Cleveland Estate by 5pm AEST	Departs Cleveland Estate at 4.45pm - arriving at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport by approx. 5.45pm AEST for 6.45pm or later flights.

Please allow time to arrive and transfer to Cleveland Estate for registration, 4pm - 7pm Wednesday 6 May 2026. The Welcome Reception will commence at 6:30pm and run until 9pm.

The full Summit programme will commence on Thursday 7 May at 9am and conclude at 4.30pm on Friday 8 May.

Flight departures on Friday 8 May are recommended to booked from 6.45pm onwards, allowing enough travel time.

Complimentary onsite self parking is available at Cleveland Estate for guests.
